Get ready to shine like a star at Empower by Bella Ballet's award-winning Center Stage Empower & Shine Choreography Camp!

This summer, we're turning up the style and empowerment for tweens aged 7-11. From daily dance workshops, exploration of choreography, trendy film production & industry pros, to stage makeup & hair, dance fashion and style, this week is sure to excite any rising star.

This week of fun will conclude with an empowering choreography showcase including professionally choreographed pieces, and each camper will have the opportunity to showcase their own choreography talents. It's a camp where creativity, confidence, and choreography collide to create unforgettable memories. Our camp is designed to empower young dancers to express themselves, build self-confidence, and refine their dance skills in a trendy and edgy environment. Dates are 7/1-7/3.

Activities Include:

Daily Dance Masterclasses: Dive into the world of dance with daily masterclasses covering various styles such as hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and more.
Masterclass with Industry Pros: Learn from some of the best as we invite guest instructors and choreographers from the dance industry.
Dance Film Production: Experience the magic of being in front of the camera as we film trendy dance videos together.
Trendy Challenges: Organized dance challenges inspired by viral TikTok & Social media dance trends, giving campers the chance to create their versions of popular challenges.
Dance Hair, Makeup, Fashion & Style: Explore dance fashion trends, stage hair & makeup, and individual style bringing pieces to life.
Empowerment Workshops: Foster self-esteem, body positivity, and leadership skills through our infamous Empower by Bella Ballet empowering workshops.
Interactive Dance Games & Team Building Activities: Engage in fun and interactive dance games, activities, and obstacle courses that challenge your creativity and promote leadership and teamwork.
Showcase: Showcase your dance skills and choreography in a dazzling end-of-camp performance for family and friends.

In My Dance Era Camp

Ages 7-11

…Are you ready for it? Join us at Empower by Bella Ballet for an unforgettable award-winning In My Dance Era Camp!

This summer, get ready for an Enchanted week of fun for ages 7-11 including daily dance masterclasses, songwriting workshops, Swiftie karaoke, hair, makeup, and costume design, T-Swift themed crafts, and empowerment sessions.

This week will have you feeling Fearless and ready to Shake it Off. This camp will conclude with a performance that will make Sparks Fly where campers perform choreography they have learned throughout the week for family and friends.

This camp is designed to promote confidence, empowerment, and creativity and is sure to provide memories your camper will take with them Forever & Always!

Activities Include:

Daily Dance Masterclasses: Enhance your dance skills with daily masterclasses in hip hop and jazz, and
Music Video Choreography: Learn choreography from some of your favorite T-Swift music videos
Swiftie Karaoke: Belt out your favorite Swift songs during our glow in and the dark Swiftie Karaoke Party
Eras Costume Design: Design your own stadium tour costumes and create your own unique take on your favorite fashion era.
Songwriting Workshops: Dive into the world of songwriting, and explore the techniques behind creating song lyrics and melodies.
Hair & Makeup Tutorials: Learn how to recreate some of the best T-Swift hairstyles and makeup masterpieces.
Empowerment Workshops: Foster self-esteem, body positivity, and leadership skills through our infamous Empower by Bella Ballet empowering workshops.
DIY Crafts: Create your own friendship bracelets, design album covers, create a photo collage of memories from your favorite eras, and more.
Showcase: Showcase your dance skills and choreography in an enchanting end-of-camp performance for family and friend

In My Dance Era Camp

Ages 12+

July 8th-12th & August 5th-9th

Join us at Empower by Bella Ballet for an unforgettable award-winning In My Dance Era Camp for ages 12 and up. There’s no Bad Blood here in this high intensity camp for young performers looking to improve their dance skills, and tap into their Taylor Swift energy.

This week will include daily hip hop and commercial jazz dance instruction, trendy dance challenges, choreography from award-winning music videos, and empowerment workshops that will leave your dancers feeling Fearless. This jam packed week will have no Blank Spaces in the itinerary.

Get ready for an unforgettable In My Dance Era Camp at Empower by Bella Ballet.

Activities Include:

Daily Dance Masterclasses: Dive into the world of dance with daily masterclasses covering hip hop, commercial jazz, and choreography from award-winning Taylor Swift music videos.
Trendy Challenges: Organized dance challenges inspired by viral TikTok & Social media dance trends, giving campers the chance to create their versions of popular challenges, T-Swift style.

Hip-Hop Explosion Empowerment Camp

Ages 7-11

July 15th-19th, July 29th-August 2nd & August 12th-16th

Does your child love Hip Hop dance? The Empower by Bella Ballet award-winning Hip Hop Explosion Empowerment Camp is for them.

This fast paced, exciting, and fun week includes daily hip hop and commercial jazz instruction, masterclasses with amazing industry pros, trendy dance challenges, hair and makeup tutorials, and empowerment workshops that foster self-esteem, body positivity, confidence, and leadership skills.

At the end of the week, your dancer will showcase their skills for family and friends and demonstrate what they have learned throughout camp.

Empower by Bella Ballet’s Hip Hop Explosion Empowerment Camp will provide a positive transformation for dancers!

Rising Icons Hip-Hop Dance Intensive

This isn't just a dance camp; it's a high-octane, immersive intensive dance experience designed for our more serious dancers.

Our week is packed with intensive masterclasses and pro-level training, trendy dance challenges, performance and audition prep, empowerment sessions that reinforce self-worth, and an end of week showcase!

This camp is your ticket to becoming the next dance sensation!

All That Jazz Broadway Camp

Ages 7-11

July 22nd-26th

Does your child believe the world is their stage? Then the Empower by Bella Ballet award-winning All That Jazz Broadway Camp is for them!

Your performer will participate in audition preparation workshops, daily dance, vocal, and acting instruction, design their very own costumes and sets, be immersed in the rich history of Broadway theaters and learn choreography and vocals from award-winning musicals. This camp is perfect for your rising star!

The week concludes with an empowering showcase where campers will perform choreography and vocal selections they have worked on throughout the week to demonstrate their dance, vocal, and performance skills. All That Jazz Broadway Camp at Empower by Bella Ballet will help your performer learn how to put together all aspects of a performance to one day hopefully perform on a Broadway stage! Dates are 7/22-7/26.

Activities Include:

Daily Dance Instruction: Jazz and Musical Theatre dance classes to improve skills and enhance performance abilities.
Acting and Vocal workshops: Daily work on acting, showmanship, stage presence, and vocal exercises to strengthen skills and confidence.
Tour of Broadway: Participate in virtual tours and the rich history of famous Broadway theaters such as the New Amsterdam, Lyric, and Lyceum Theatres.
Explore Musicals: Dive into the worlds of the award-winning Broadway musicals including Annie, Hamilton, Matilda, Aladdin and Wicked. Explore set tours, clips of Broadway performers, and behind the scenes exclusives.
Audition Preparation: Participate in mock auditions to help prepare young performers who dream of being on a Broadway stage one day.
Costume and Set Design: Learn the steps and strategies to costume and set design to design your very own costumes and set pieces.
Musical Theatre Karaoke: Perform songs from award-winning musicals.
Empowerment Workshops: Foster self-esteem, body positivity, and leadership skills through our infamous Empower by Bella Ballet Empowerment workshops.

Glitter Dance

Team Intensive & Empowerment Camp

August 19th-23rd

If your dancer is interested in joining the Glitter Performance Team at Empower by Bella Ballet for the 2024-2025 school year, this camp is for them! Our Glitter Performance Team is exclusively designed to empower and uplift young dancers in Kindergarten through third grade. This team has the opportunity to perform at community events, take classes at dance conventions to learn from some of the best dance choreographers in the nation, participate in team empowerment sessions, bonding activities, and dance intensives, and be a part of a safe and inclusive dance environment.

During this award-winning camp at Empower by Bella Ballet, dancers will build their dance and performance skills, prepare for performances, learn choreography in multiple genres of dance, and participate in empowerment workshops and team building activities. This camp is perfect for any dancer interested in joining the Glitter dance team for this upcoming season! All rising K-3rd graders are welcome.

Diamonds Team Intensive & Empowerment Camp

August 19th-23rd

If your dancer is interested in joining the Diamond Performance Team at Empower by Bella Ballet for the 2024-2025 school year, this camp is for them! Our Diamond Performance Team is exclusively designed to empower and uplift tween dancers in fourth through sixth grade. These teams have exciting performance opportunities such as Washington Wizards games and amusement parks. These dancers also have the opportunity to take classes at dance conventions to learn from some of the best dance choreographers in the nation, participate in team empowerment sessions, bonding activities, and dance intensives, and be a part of a safe and inclusive dance environment that unlock dancers’ unlimited potential.

During this award-winning camp at Empower by Bella Ballet, dancers will refine dance technique and performance skills, learn advanced choreography in multiple genres, and participate in empowerment workshops. This camp is perfect for any dancer interested in joining the Diamond Performance Team for this upcoming season! Dates are 8/19-8/23.

If your dancer is interested in joining the Elite Performance Team at Empower by Bella Ballet for the 2024-2025 school year, this camp is for them! Our Elite Performance team is specially curated for middle and high school dancers. These teams have exciting performance opportunities such as Washington Wizards games, and the National Cherry Blossom Festival. These dancers also have the opportunity to take classes at dance conventions to learn from some of the best dance choreographers in the nation, participate in team empowerment sessions, bonding activities, and dance intensives, and be a part of a safe and inclusive dance environment that unlock dancers’ unlimited potential.

During this award-winning camp at Empower by Bella Ballet, dancers will refine dance technique and performance skills, learn advanced choreography in multiple genres, and participate in empowerment workshops. This camp is perfect for any dancer interested in joining the Elites Performance Team for this upcoming season! Dates are 8/19-8/23.

Summer Camp tuition is processed on the first of June.
Upon registration a non-refundable deposit will be processed. The deposit is $100.00 per child per week of camp. Any discount will be applied manually by our team prior to processing! Discounts cannot be combined. The remaining summer camp balance is processed on June 1st.

All Bella Ballet and Empower summer camps will be located at Empower at 215 Kentlands Blvd in between CAVA & Hand and Stone. There will be NO summer camps located at our original Bella Ballet location.
