The Hailey Leadership Legacy Program honors our beloved teacher and assistant manager, Hailey Oristian, who unexpectedly passed away this past August. She was a huge part of the Bella Ballet Family and has left an indelible mark on our hearts.

The Hailey Leadership Legacy Program at Bella Ballet is a profound nine-month initiative crafted to empower and inspire middle school and high school dancers within our studio. Named in honor of our Hailey Oristian, an extraordinary woman who embodied exemplary leadership qualities, this safe-haven strives to continue her legacy of dedication, academic excellence, leadership, empowerment, and, most importantly, leading with love.

Hailey's memory will forever serve as an enduring source of inspiration, driving us to create a nurturing, empowering environment where young leaders can flourish.

Program Goals

Empowerment: To empower young dancers with the skills, confidence, and values needed to become effective leaders, not only within our studio but in their lives beyond the dance floor
Leadership: To foster leadership qualities, including responsibility, effective communication, teamwork, and initiative among our participants.
Leading with Love: To instill in our students the importance of leading with empathy, compassion, and a genuine love for their craft and students just as Hailey did

Program Expectations

Together, we honor Hailey by embodying the leaders she aspired us to be.
